Mission: We are committed to providing maintenance, repair and construction services which meet or exceed our customer's expectations. We shall strive to provide error free services with responsiveness second to none.

Facilities management is a multi-discipline maintenance, repair and construction organization. All units perform two categories of service, Facilities and Departmental.

Facilities Services: Maintenance services directly related to the overall operation of all campus facilities and grounds.

• Maintenance & Engineering: Structures, utilities, electrical fixtures, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, interior & exterior plumbing systems.
• Custodial: Care and cleaning of interior surfaces and classroom furniture.
• Grounds/Landscape: Planned grounds care program, planting & care of trees & shrubbery, roadway & walkway repair & maintenance, refuse collection & disposal, and parking lot maintenance.
• Motor Pool: Maintenance of the campus fleet and operation of buses & equipment.
   

Departmental Services (Chargeback):

• Installation and repairs to laboratory equipment.
• Manufacture of specialized furniture (cabinets, shelves & bulletin boards)
• Support of special events
• Fabrication and installation of office signs.
• Renovation, alteration or improvement to facilities.
• Special custodial and refuse collection services.
• Vehicle charges.
• Moving services.
