Mission Statement

The mission of the Payroll Services at CSU East Bay is to coordinate and administer the compensation and Leave credits for it's employees in an accurate and timely manner, while adhering to federal, state, CSU and University guidelines.

Paycheck Distribution Changes

Effective immediately, all paycheck pick up times have been rescheduled to:

2:30pm - 3:30pm for designated Warrant Officers only
3:30pm - 5:00pm for individual employees

Payday on the 25th of each month has been eliminated.

January 15, 2010 is a campus furlough day. The Cashier's Office will open from 9:00am to 11:00am to distribute paychecks for intermittent/hourly employees.

Master paydays of December 31, 2009, January 29, February 26, and May 28, 2010 are campus furlough days. The Cashier's Office will communicate operation times for paycheck distribution for these days as they approach.
