Alternative Transportation Options

The Parking and Transportation Department hopes the following resources may help alleviate the demand for parking on campus :

Sale of BART and AC Transit passes are available at the ASI Office, located on the 3rd Fl of the University Union. Schedules of AC Transit bus #92 are also available.

CSUEB-Hayward BART Directions

To reach the CSUEB Hayward Campus via BART, disembark at the Hayward Station. AC Transit bus # 92 provides service from the Hayward BART station to Cal State East Bay. By showing your CSUEB University ID, students, staff, & faculty members may ride AC Transit bus #92 for free.

To reach CSUEB’s Contra Costa Campus via BART, disembark at the Concord Station. You may proceed to County Connection route #627. This is only a limited service, so please check the schedule.

To reach CSUEB’s Oakland Center via BART, disembark at the Oakland City Center/12th Street Station. It is located 1-1/2 blocks away at 505 14th Street, Oakland, CA
