Training
To prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation and encourage
the reporting of such conduct, training needs to be provided. Such training
includes: what constitutes discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation
under applicable law; the rights and responsibilities of each individual
relating to such conduct; the protection against retaliation for individuals
who report such conduct or participate in an investigation; the internal
complaint procedures for filing, investigating and resolving such conduct;
and the options and method for filing complaints with external government
agencies.
