A+ Auto/Home
Insurance Plus
The auto and homeowner's insurance through A+ Auto and Home Insurance
(underwritten by California Casualty and Fireman's Fund) is an employee-paid
voluntary plan which allows employees to make payments through payroll
deduction. For more information call 1-877-999-8954.
CalPERS Home
Loan Program
This program offers various loan choices for CalPERS members, including
100 percent loan financing, and special loan programs via qualified
lenders appointed by CalPERS. Please note that you must be a CalPERS
member to participate in this program.
CitiMortgage Volunteer Mortgage
CSU offers a special mortgage program through CitiMortgage that is
primarily targeted to assist moderate to low income households and
employees making investments in moderate to low income census tracts
as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD).
Employees that purchase or refinance their homes through CitiMortgage will be eligible to receive either a credit at closing of the application fee paid at the time of origination, or a credit of the appraisal and credit report fees if an application fee is not collected.
In addition, CitiMortgage will provide opportunities for 100% loans at 80% loan-to value rates, avoiding private mortgage insurance rate premiums, when leased land from campuses and/or affiliates is involved.
