California
Code of regulations, Title 8, section 5194 (the Hazardous Communication
standard) administered by Cal/OSHA requires employers to provide
information to all their employees about the hazardous substances
in their work area to which they may be exposed. This is done
by a hazard communication program.
CSUEB’s
