The Budget: The budget for the University is comprised of three major categories: personal services, operating expense and equipment, and revenues. Equipment includes support equipment, instructional replacement equipment, computing equipment, and telephone equipment.
Revenue, the third category of the budget, is that portion of the budget which the University must generate locally, as opposed to being state support.
